Youth Entrepreneurs Experience sharing

Among Customized Entrepreneurship training participants @ Wushwush, model youth participant called (Gizaw Girma and Alemnesh Kochito) shared their business experiences on goal setting and systematic planning. The participants emphasized that goal setting is foundational for every business success and such goal setting may be nothing unless the goal designed is redefined by detail planning of what is proposed to be done. Both clients shared their experiences on the real life difference among people doing business by identifying what they need to achieve in the given period of time and those doing their business without having such clear destiny. The experience sharing program was very motivational and that highly supports what is theoretically presented. Right after the experience sharing program clients provided their feedback on what they learned from trainees and pointed out the importance of such experiences for business success.
