Youth Entrepreneurs Experience sharing on business challenges and opportunities

Among Customized Entreprenuership Workshop training participants, model youth participant (Dagnachew Kotito) shared his business experiences focusing on the following critical issues  Goal setting, information seeking, networking and persuasion, persistency and commitment.  Dagnachew, youth entrepreneur at awurada city shared his experiences on how he started his business, the challenges he has faced during business operation at the start, the approaches to be applied to sustain the business, the importance of focusing on the long term profit and the need of such short term trainings to build the capacity of entrepreneur to stay stable in their business operation.
