Youth Entrepreneurship Training

A two-day comprehensive Youth Entrepreneurship Training was delivered by Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) to students and fresh graduates of Arada Manufacturing College. The training was facilitated by Miss. Selam as a lead trainer and Mrss. Talef. The program covered key topics including opportunity identification, business model canvas, marketing strategies for startups, financial literacy, access to finance and mobile money. Sessions combined interactive lectures, group exercises, and individual business idea presentations. Participants actively engaged throughout and developed their mini plans in the middle of the training. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive; many described the training as practical, inspiring, and highly relevant.
