Youth Entrepreneurship training certification event

The Youth Entrepreneurship Training was successfully conducted for 73 graduating class students from Hawassa University. The session was designed to inspire participants to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and consider self-employment as a viable career path. Throughout the program, students actively engaged in interactive discussions, practical exercises, and motivational reflections that encouraged them to generate and refine their own business ideas, positioning themselves as future job creators rather than job seekers. The training concluded with a certificate award ceremony, during which participants expressed their appreciation for the program’s relevance and impact. Many shared that the training not only enhanced their understanding of entrepreneurship but also strengthened their confidence and motivation to pursue their own ventures. They emphasized that the experience inspired them to take proactive steps toward building sustainable and impactful livelihoods after graduation.
