Youth Entrepreneurship Training Certification program at Institute of Technology, Hawassa University.

A Youth Entrepreneurship Training was conducted for 43 graduating students from the Institute of Technology at Hawassa University. The primary objective of the program was to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among youth and equip them with the skills, behaviors, and attitudes necessary for self-employment, innovation, and opportunity creation. The training was delivered using an experiential learning approach, incorporating highly interactive methods such as brainstorming activities, group exercises, and PowerPoint-supported discussions. At the end of the program, certificates of completion were awarded to 40 participants 9 female and 31 male who successfully fulfilled the training requirements. Participants expressed strong appreciation for the relevance, quality, and methodology of the sessions. Many also showed a keen interest in receiving further entrepreneurship and life skills training to deepen their understanding and strengthen their personal and professional development.
