The famous EBMS training was conducted at Hossanna Health College engaging 43 participants


From November 20-23, 2024, the EBMS training was conducted at Hossanna Health College, engaging 43 participants (12 males and 31 females) from diverse backgrounds, including 8 refugees, 5 internally displaced persons (IDPs), 28 individuals with disabilities, and 2 others in collaboration with the Hossanna City Employee and Social Affairs Office. The training aimed to distinguish between proactive and reactive behaviors, encouraging participants to embrace proactiveness as a path to success in both personal and entrepreneurial pursuits. It empowered them to overcome challenges by unlocking their potential, anticipating obstacles, and preparing viable business ideas. The sessions covered profitability analysis, business hypothesis development, goal-setting, and practical planning tools to align solutions with identified problems.

Participants praised the program for its practical approach, which focused on sustaining businesses and building customer relationships, distinguishing it from other trainings they had attended. They also recommended expanding the program to include more vulnerable groups. The training concluded successfully, with participants expressing deep appreciation for the knowledge gained and their engagement throughout the sessions.
