The Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) successfully engaged 680 participants at Jimma

The Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) successfully engaged 680 participants in its initial round, aimed at equipping farmers with essential entrepreneurial skills and behaviors. The program's goal was to enhance productivity and support sustainable livelihoods. Participants reported high levels of satisfaction with the training, highlighting the relevance and accessibility of the materials provided. 

They particularly valued the emphasis on real-world business examples, shared experiences, and the focus on fostering the behaviors and competencies of successful entrepreneurs, including taking personal responsibility. The training sessions took place at Jimma Teachers Training College in Oromia, Ethiopia from November 4 to 6,2024.
