Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) was conducted for 460 model farmers at Robe Town

Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) was conducted for 460 model farmers at Robe Town Teachers College in Oromia, Ethiopia, from November 4 to 6, 2024. This training aimed to give insights on entrepreneurial sills and encouraging them to view farming as a business rather than merely a subsistence activity. 

Participants expressed their gratitude for the well-structured and hands-on learning experience and repeatedly requested that similar training be extended to their fellow farmers back in their communities.
