Farming as a Business training was conducted for a group of model farmers from the Arsi Zone at Asella, Oromia, Ethiopia, in two sessions. The first session, which took place from November 4-6, 2024, at Asella Teachers Training College, accommodated 469 farmers in parallel sessions. 

This training not only provided valuable insights into entrepreneurial skills specific to agricultural business but also facilitated the sharing of experiences and discussions regarding the challenges encountered in their farming ventures.
