The fifth EBMS training Session is being conducted at Wolkite

Over the course of four days, 31 participants—25 women and 6 men—took part in an intensive training program designed to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills. On the first day, emotions ranged from nervous excitement to quiet anticipation as they prepared for an unknown yet promising experience.

A key feature of the training was a collaborative activity that placed participants in real-world problem-solving scenarios. This hands-on exercise allowed them to leverage their diverse fields of expertise, promoting teamwork and fostering creativity. The dynamic exchange of ideas enriched the learning process, helping participants build on each other’s strengths and insights.

As the program unfolded, participants embraced the challenges and actively engaged in discussions and activities that gradually built their confidence and refined their entrepreneurial mindset. By the end of the training, many described the experience as a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.

The training not only equipped participants with practical entrepreneurial tools but also instilled a deep sense of empowerment and purpose. By the conclusion of the program, participants left with a clearer understanding of their abilities, a stronger belief in their potential, and a renewed commitment to achieving their personal and professional goals.
