A four day intensive training program that brought together 23 men and 10 men; EBMS at Wolkite

Over the course of four transformative days, 33 participants—23 women and 10 men—embarked on an inspiring journey of entrepreneurial discovery. As they stepped into the room on the first day, emotions ran high with a mix of apprehension and curiosity, unsure of what the experience would bring.

At the heart of the training was the Business Creation Exercise (BCE), a dynamic, hands-on activity that integrated theory with practice. This cornerstone activity, along with modules on opportunity identification and information seeking, brought participants together to address real-world entrepreneurial challenges collaboratively. Their diverse professional and personal backgrounds enriched the discussions, fostering an environment of creativity, critical thinking, and innovation.

Throughout the sessions, participants actively engaged in thought-provoking exercises, goal-setting activities, and strategic planning. They exchanged ideas, built networks of mutual support, and embraced a culture of collaboration. Many described the program as a life-changing experience that reshaped their mindset, strengthened their confidence, and sparked a deeper sense of purpose.

By the program’s conclusion, participants had not only acquired the knowledge and tools to launch and manage their own businesses but also gained valuable insights into their personal potential. Armed with practical skills, clear goals, and renewed determination, they were ready to face entrepreneurial and personal challenges with optimism and resilience.

This training underscored the power of equipping individuals with the right mindset and resources, paving the way for a generation of entrepreneurs ready to drive change and innovation in their communities.
