Fundamental business management and operational skill training for women and young entrepreneurs from Tepi, Wacha, and Siz city admins

On the opening day of Global Entrepreneurs Week #GEW2024Ethiopia, an inspiring gathering of 320 women and young entrepreneurs came from Tepi, Wacha, and Siz City admins accompanied by 50 experienced women business owners. The participants were actively engaged in a series of comprehensive training sessions designed to enhance their fundamental business management and operational skills. These dynamic sessions are being held across nine distinct halls, with the program set to unfold over a four-day period.

This initiative is particularly aimed at empowering young individuals with aspirations of launching their own businesses, specifically targeting the promising city administrations of Tepi, Wacha, and Siz City Admins. The overarching goal of this training is to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within the youth, equipping them with innovative skills that not only encourage them to dream big but also provide them with the tools necessary to transform those dreams into reality. Moreover, the program aims to instill the behavior’s and mindset of successful entrepreneurs, paving the way for a new generation of driven and capable business leaders.
Through this initiative, EDI has positively impacted the city and confirming our commitment to nurturing the potential of the next generation of leaders and innovators in Ethiopia.
