GEW-2024: Igniting Dreams, The Power of Entrepreneurship in Axum

In the ancient city of Axum, a spark of innovation is igniting young minds. The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), in partnership with Hawelti Axum Polytechnic College, is catalyzing a movement of entrepreneurial spirit, particularly among women and youth. 
 EDI has is conducting intensive four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program from November 26-29, 2024. These transformative workshops equip recent graduates and youth from the city selected by government with the essential tools to navigate the complex world of business. From crafting compelling business plans to mastering financial management, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to turn their aspirations into reality.
As Global Entrepreneurship Week unfolds, EDI's contribution to Axum's vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem is widely acknowledged. The city is witnessing a surge in ventures, driven by the passion and perseverance of young entrepreneurs.
