GEW-2024:Adigudom Youth Empowered Through Entrepreneurship Training

A four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was recently conducted in Adigudom Town, empowering unemployed youth with diplomas and degrees from higher education institutions.
The training, held from November 22nd to 25th, 2024, aimed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among the participants. Mayor of Adigudom, Mrs. Awet, inaugurated the session by highlighting the common traits of successful entrepreneurs and encouraging participants to embrace a growth mindset. She emphasized the importance of perseverance, goal-setting, and collaboration in overcoming challenges and achieving entrepreneurial success.
The training provided valuable insights into business planning, financial management, marketing, and other essential skills. Participants were inspired to identify opportunities, develop innovative business ideas, and take the necessary steps to launch their own ventures.
The training has been widely praised by participants, who expressed gratitude for the motivation and direction it has provided. They acknowledged the significant contribution of EDI in helping them realize their entrepreneurial aspirations.
