The Global Entrepreneurship Week celebrated with an impactful Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training at Arba Minch Polytechnic College

From November 19 to 22, 2024, we celebrated Global Entrepreneurship Week with an impactful Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training program. Hosted at the Arba Minch Polytechnic Satellite Institute, this four-day event brought together 37 participants (15 males and 22 females) from Kulfo Kebele, aiming to inspire and empower youth and women-led startups.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions led by expert trainers, focusing on essential entrepreneurial topics such as goal setting, business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, opportunity identification, and innovation. These workshops provided hands-on experiences designed to equip participants with the practical tools needed to turn their ideas into successful businesses.

The program also featured motivational talks from seasoned entrepreneurs who shared their journeys, challenges, and successes, inspiring attendees to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Networking opportunities further enhanced the event, allowing participants to connect with peers, mentors, and potential investors, fostering collaboration and support.

By the program's end, participants gained a strong foundation in business fundamentals, actionable strategies, and renewed confidence to tackle entrepreneurial challenges. This initiative not only aimed to enhance their skills but also to spark a passion for entrepreneurship, helping build a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the community.

Together, we are nurturing the next generation of innovators and contributing to economic empowerment within Arba Minch and beyond!
