The Global Entrepreneurship Week was celebrated at the Polytechnic College of Yabello, Oromia, Ethiopia on November 26, 2024. This event featured a briefing on entrepreneurial competency delivered by a lecturer from Borana University, highlighting the importance of skills and knowledge in fostering entrepreneurship. A notable aspect of the event was the participation of an alumnus entrepreneur who shared his transformative journey over six years with the trainees and the college community. He recounted how he transitioned from being an employee to successfully running a multi-million project. 

This personal testimony served as an inspiration for the attendees, emphasizing the potential for significant change through entrepreneurial endeavors. A total of 583 trainees participated on this event.
