Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem capacity-building (PEIEB) workshop, Hawassa PTC
In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week #GEW2024Ethiopia, we collaborated with Hawassa Polytechnic College to deliver Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem capacity-building (PEIEB) workshop from November 15–17 for 38 participants, including 9 female and 29 male staff members. The program focused on enhancing participants’ awareness of their strengths and areas for growth in contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
By adopting a design-driven approach, the training encouraged participants to identify opportunities and critically evaluate the sustainability and feasibility of innovative solutions. This initiative aimed to equip staff with the tools and insights needed to create a more dynamic and resilient entrepreneurial environment within the college and beyond.
