The second phase of the Women Entrepreneurship Training(WET) concluded successfully at Jigjiga City
Today in Jigjiga City, the second phase of the Women Entrepreneurship Training(WET) concluded successfully, marking a significant milestone for 40 aspiring women entrepreneurs from the Somali region. These remarkable women are clients of the Women's Entrepreneurship Development Project (EDI-WEDP), which aims to empower female entrepreneurship and foster economic growth.
The training was officially closed by the Head of the Job Creation Office of Jigjiga City, alongside the WEDP Business Development Services (BDS) Counselor. Over the course of two enriching days, from November 18 to November 19, 2024, participants engaged in valuable sessions designed to enhance their skills and knowledge, setting the stage for their entrepreneurial success.
