The second round of the Farming as a Business (FaaB) training was held at Ambo University

The second round of the Farming as a Business (FaaB) training was held at Ambo University in Ambo Town, Oromia, Ethiopia, from November 7 to 9, 2024. This event saw the participation of 518 farmers from nearby districts in a series of concurrent training sessions. The program aimed to help participants perceive farming as a viable business and to introduce essential entrepreneurial competencies. 

This initiative underscores a dedication to empowering local farmers through training and collaboration, thereby nurturing a conducive atmosphere for agricultural entrepreneurship in the region. Additionally, the event allowed participants to engage in discussions about their local challenges and obstacles with designated local representatives during the closing session.
