The second round of Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) for 578 farmers at Jimma

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI-Ethiopia) organized the second round of the Farming as a Business Training (FaaBT) for 578 farmers, aimed at equipping them with vital entrepreneurial skills and behaviors. This training session was held at Jimma Teachers Training College from November 7 to 9, 2024. The initiative sought to improve productivity and promote sustainable livelihoods. 

Participants expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the training, noting the relevance and accessibility of the materials provided. They particularly valued the inclusion of practical business examples, shared experiences, and the focus on cultivating the behaviors and competencies essential for successful entrepreneurship, including personal responsibility.
