A six-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training of Trainers (TOT) program at Mizan Aman Polytechnic College (APTC)

From August 16 to 21, 2024, the EDI Team conducted a six-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Training of Trainers (TOT) program at Mizan Aman Polytechnic College (APTC). Facilitated by Samuel W/Yohannes and Elias Lemma, both UNCTAD EMPRETEC National Trainers of Ethiopia, the program aimed to enhance the capacity of trainers in delivering EBMS programs effectively.

On November 26, 2024, certificates were awarded to those who successfully completed the TOT program. The Dean of APTC, Mr. Masfin Alemayehu, officiated the ceremony, recognizing the trainers' efforts and commitment to advancing entrepreneurial education. During the event, the EDI Team introduced its mission and the SEED project, emphasizing its alignment with Ethiopia's job creation goals. A collaborative agreement between the EDI Team and the college community was also established to support future initiatives.

This program, supported by EDI Ethiopia, the SEED project, and Aman Polytechnic College, underscores the shared commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and building a strong foundation for job creation in the region.
