Successful Completion of Intensive Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill Training in Bati

From November 6 to 9, 2024, an intensive four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skill Training (EBMST) was successfully conducted in Bati, Ethiopia, near Kombolcha. The program was designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with essential business management skills to support the launch and sustainability of their small businesses.
The training saw active participation from 40 individuals, including 21 women, underscoring a significant step toward empowering youth and women in the region. The initiative was well-received and marked a meaningful contribution to fostering entrepreneurial growth and economic empowerment in the community.
