The three day Farming as a Business Training (FaaB) in Wollega Univesity for 118 model farmers

The three day Farming as a Business Training (FaaB) that was conducted from November 4 to 6/ 2024 in the first round also took place in Wollega Univesity, Shambu Campus, Oromia, Ethiopia. Like other similar FaaB trainings this training was aimed to enhance the farmers to view farming as a viable source of wealth. 

Core entrepreneurial competencies and behaviors of successful entrepreneurs related to these competencies were addressed profoundly. The event was commenced by the elderly blessing and represented local officials in the area involving 118 model farmers.
