A three day PEIEB training in Hossanna

PEIEB, a three-day training held from November 4 to 6, 2024, in Hossanna, central Ethiopia, welcomed 38 public leaders to develop entrepreneurial skills. The program focuses on boosting participants’ awareness of their strengths and weaknesses in contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. It encourages a design-driven approach to identify opportunities and assess sustainability and feasibility for innovative solutions.

With strong engagement on the first day, participants are motivated to apply new insights to their roles, fostering a culture of innovation. The next sessions promise to further build their capacity for impactful, collaborative change
