Training of Advisors (ToA) Program Successfully Completed in Gondar

The Training of Advisors (ToA) program has successfully concluded in Gondar, Amhara Region, from November 11–15, 2024. Designed to expand the pool of skilled business advisors, the program targeted Technical and Vocational institutions (TVTs) to address the shortage of advisory professionals in the region.
A total of 28 participants, half of whom were women, attended and successfully completed the training. These advisors are now equipped to provide vital advisory services to business enterprise owners, contributing to the growth and sustainability of new and existing enterprises.
 

Participants expressed high levels of satisfaction with the program, commending the trainers for their well-structured content, effective methodologies, and excellent facilitation skills. This initiative represents a significant step toward fostering business growth and supporting economic development in the Amhara Region.
