A training program focused on farming as a business was conducted for selected model farmers from the Arsi Zone in Asella
A training program focused on farming as a business was conducted for selected model farmers from the Arsi Zone in Asella town, Oromia, Ethiopia. This initiative took place in the second round in parallel sessions accommodating 442 farmers at the Asella Teachers Training College from November 7 to 9, 2024. Participants gained valuable insights into entrepreneurial skills specifically designed for agricultural enterprises.
Additionally, the training provided a platform for farmers to exchange experiences and discuss the challenges they encounter in their farming businesses.
