A training session on Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) Boditi Polytechnic College from November 12 to 15, 2024

A training session on Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) was held at Boditi Polytechnic College from November 12 to 15, 2024. Organized in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, this program was designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to start and manage their own businesses. A total of 40 participants (29 men and 11 women) attended the course, all of whom demonstrated exceptional dedication and engagement, successfully completing the training. These participants were energetic young graduates from Boditi Polytechnic College, set to graduate in 2025.

The training was led by Hailu Sorsa and Temesgen Abera, both certified trainers at the EBMS TOT (Training of Trainers) level.

Through Boditi’s Global Entrepreneurship Week, participants gained the tools, skills, and confidence needed to launch their own businesses. The event provided an excellent opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to network with like-minded individuals, develop new skills, and acquire valuable business knowledge.

Entrepreneurship is rarely a solo endeavor. While it offers immense promise and rewards, it is also full of challenges. By working together, we can foster inclusive innovation and growth that benefits our communities and the world at large.
