The two-day Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW) session, attended by 40 vibrant TVET graduate youth trainees (2 males and 38 females) from Nov 18-19, 2024, proved to be a transformative experience. The session centered around the powerful theme: "Overcoming Bondage and Poverty: Unleashing Your Potential and Goal-Setting Strategies."

When the participants first arrived, their emotions varied from curiosity and uncertainty to a quiet eagerness to explore new possibilities. Many carried the weight of past challenges, but there was also a shared sense of hope for a brighter future. The interactive nature of the session created a safe and open environment for honest discussions and self-reflection.

Through engaging dialogues and motivational conversations, the trainees explored their untapped potential, learned to set clear, actionable goals, and developed practical strategies to overcome poverty. The training helped them replace limiting beliefs with empowering mindsets and actionable plans. By the end of the session, the transformation was evident. The trainees left not only with a renewed sense of purpose but also with concrete tools to take initiative, stay motivated, and actively pursue success.

Participants expressed deep gratitude for the experience, acknowledging how it encouraged them to think big, dream boldly, and act with intention.
