The two-day Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW) session from Nov 18-19, 2024 brought together 42 vibrant TVET graduate trainees, including 8 males and 34 f

emales, to explore the theme: "Overcoming Bondage and Poverty: Unleashing Your Potential and Goal-Setting Strategies." The session was designed to empower participants with the skills, tools, and mindset required to navigate challenges while embracing growth opportunities.

Arriving with mixed feelings of uncertainty and hope, the trainees showed a strong eagerness to learn and grow. The interactive format of the session fostered a supportive and open environment, where participants felt encouraged to share experiences and engage in meaningful conversations. This helped build a sense of community and mutual support.

Through engaging activities and motivational discussions, the participants were guided in uncovering their untapped potential, while learning to envision bold aspirations. They were equipped with strategies to replace limiting beliefs with actionable plans, enabling them to craft clear goals to break free from the constraints of poverty. By the end of the session, a noticeable transformation occurred. The trainees left with a renewed sense of direction and a deepened understanding of their own capabilities.

Many participants expressed heartfelt gratitude for the insights gained, highlighting the session’s impact on their mindset. They emphasized how it empowered them to think ambitiously, act intentionally, and stay resilient in the face of adversity. The training was not just an event, but a catalyst for change.
