The two-day training organized by EDI Ethiopia under the theme "Entrepreneurship is for All" as part of International Entrepreneurs' Week in Arba Minch City has successfully concluded.

EDI Ethiopia has completed a two-day women's entrepreneurship training program for 49 women entrepreneurs, conducted under the theme "Entrepreneurship for All" during International Entrepreneurs' Week. Ms. Muluwork Bekele, EDI Ethiopia coordinator for Arba Minch and 50 Km radius, noted that the organization has had a branch office in the city's Employment Creation and Enterprise Development Office for the past two years and has been making significant contributions to the community.

The 49 women entrepreneurs who participated in EDI’s Women Entrepreneurship Development Project (WEDP) and registered at the enterprise one stop center, had graduated after receiving two days of training focused on key concepts for entrepreneurial competencies.

Ms. Muluwork Bekele mentioned that, to date, 79 women entrepreneurs have received loans totaling 83 million Birr, 421 women have undergone training, and 72 women received business development consulting services in the 2017 fiscal year. In total, 740 women entrepreneurs are now registered in the EDI-WEDP system through Bere and Nech-Sar one stop centers.

The training covered  the Ten global entrepreneurial competencies, emphasizing their importance for entrepreneurial success. Mrs. Fekirte Seyoum and Mr. Melaku Beshaw, EDI-Ethiopia's Trainer, and Business Development Consulting Service provider highlighted that the training aimed to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills needed to excel in their sectors and become successful.

ኢ ዲ አይ ኢትዮጵያ የአለም አቀፍ የሥራ ፈጣሪዎች ሳምንትን "ሥራ ፈጣሪነት ለሁሉም" በሚል መሪ ቃል ከአርባምንጭ ከተማ አንድ ማዕከል የተመለመሉ 49 ሴት ስራ ፈጣሪ ነጋዴዎችን ለ2 ቀናት በንግድ ክህሎት ዙሪያ ሲሰጥ የነበረው ስልጠና ተጠናቋል።

ኢ ዲ አይ ኢትዮጵያ የአርባምንጭና 50 ኪ/ሜ ርቀት ያሉ ከተሞች አስተባባሪ የሆኑት ወ/ሪት ሙሉወርቅ በቀለ ድርጅቱ ላለፉት ሁለት አመታት በከተማው በሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራና ኢንተርፕራይዝ ልማት ጽ/ቤት ውስጥ የድርጅቱን ቅንርጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ከፍቶ ለህብረተሰቡ የተለያዩ በጎ ስራዎች እየሰሩ መቆየታቸውን አውስተው 

የEDI-WEDP ተጠቃሚዎች የሆኑ በአንድ ማዕከል መመዝገቢያ ጣቢያዎች የተመዘገቡ 49 ሴት ስራ ፈጣሪዎች የስኬታማነት ቁልፍ ሀሳቦች ዙሪያ ለ2 ቀናት ስልጠና ወስደው መመረቃቸውን ገልፀዋል።

አክለውም እስካሁን ድረስ 79 ሴት ነጋዴዎች 83 ሚሊየን ብር የብድር አገልግሎት ያገኙ ሲሆን 421 ሴቶች ስልጠና ወስደዋል ፣ በ2017 በጀት አመት ደግሞ 72 የንግድ ልማት ማማከር አገልግሎት አግኝተው በአጠቃላይ በቤሬ እና ነጭ ሳር አንድ ማዕከላት የEDI-WEDP መመዝገቢያ የተመዘገቡ 740 ሴት ስራ ፈጣሪዎች መኖራቸውን አብራርተዋል።

የአርባምንጭ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሴቶችና ህፃናት ጉዳይ ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ እመቤት ቡንዶ በበኩላቸው ሴቶችጅ ከተረጂነት ወጥተው በስራ ፈጣሪነት ከራሳቸው አልፎ ለሌሎች መትረፍ እንዲችሉ እድሉን ያመቻቸው ኢ ዲ አይ ኢትዮጵያን አመስግነው ስልጠናውን የወሰዱ ሴቶች ያገኙት እውቀት ተግባራዊ በማድረግ ስኬታማ ሊሆኑ ይገባልም ብለዋል።

ስልጠናው በአለም አቀፍ የሚገኙ 10 የስራ ፈጣሪ ብቃቶችን በዝርዝር የያዘ ሲሆን ለስራ ፈጣሪዎች ለስኬት መሰረታዊ ጉዳዮች መሆናቸውን በማመላከት ብቁ ስራ ፈጣሪ ሴቶችን በማፍራት በሚሰማሩበት ዘርፍ ውጤታማ እንዲሆኑ የሚያስችል ስልጠና መስጠታቸውን የኢ ዲ አይ ኢትዮጵያ አሰልጣኝና የንግድ ልማት ማማከር አገልግሎት ባለሙያ የሆኑት ወ/ሮ ፍቅርተ ስዩም እና አቶ መላኩ በሻው አስረድተዋል።
