The warmly welcomed CETW training session held from November 21-22, 2024, at Hawassa Tegbareid College



The CETW training session, held from November 21-22, 2024, at Hawassa Tegbareid College, began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) Ethiopia. EDI, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Labor and Skills, plays a key role in fostering the development of a competitive and innovative private sector in Ethiopia.

The training provided participants the opportunity to reflect on the entrepreneurial traits they hoped to develop, assessing if their expectations aligned with the session's objectives. A networking session followed, encouraging participants to connect and establish a collaborative learning environment.

A key concept introduced was the Locus of Control, emphasizing the importance of cultivating an internal Locus of Control for both personal and business success. Participants also explored critical entrepreneurial characteristics, including:
