Wolkite Polytechnic College, hosting a targeted training program to equip its recent graduates with essential entrepreneurial and business skills
In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Month #GEN2024Ethiopia, Wolkite Polytechnic College is hosting a targeted training program to equip its recent graduates with essential entrepreneurial and business skills. The training, held from November 16–24, empowers aspiring entrepreneurs globally.
At Wolkite Polytechnic, 201 graduates are participating in this training, with a strong focus on inclusivity—135 women and 66 men are represented. This program aligns with GEW’s mission to inspire and prepare young entrepreneurs, providing them with the knowledge and confidence needed to start and manage their own businesses, thus fostering local economic growth and innovation.
