Women Entrepreneurship Training/WET/ at Hawassa Polytechnic College

One of the brand trainings in EDI-Ethiopia, the Women’s Entrepreneurship Training/WET/, is being provided in Hawassa Polytechnic College from Nov 12-14, 2024 in collaboration with EDI-WEDP Hawassa, Adis Ketema sub and Hawassa Plotechnic College. The training was held during the (GEW) Global Entrepreneurship Week for three consecutive days. Around 30 women participants attended the training where most of the brought their experience, shared them and promoted their products. At the end, a certificate of completion was prepared by Hawassa Polytechnic College and EDI WEDP Hawassa coordination office. EDI-WEDP stakeholders were present and the questions raised by the women's were answered by Metemamen Microfinance, kifiya Financial Technology and Job Creation Office Coordinator, who assured them that they would always be by their side. 

Finally, the women said that the training gave them the opportunity to gain constructive knowledge that would enable them to fill the gaps in their business career.
