The Women Entrepreneurship Training(WET) held in Tepi town successfully engaged 50 women entrepreneurs.


The Women’s Entrepreneurship Training (WET), held from November 18–19, 2024, in Tepi Town, Southwest Ethiopia, successfully engaged 50 women entrepreneurs. This two-day program aimed to enhance participants' entrepreneurial competencies by helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses, fostering personal responsibility, and encouraging innovative solutions within their businesses.

The training emphasized opportunity identification, persistence, negotiation skills, and assessing the sustainability and feasibility of business ideas before implementation. Participants were guided to set clear goals and align their efforts toward impactful outcomes.

By the program's conclusion, participants expressed high motivation to apply the skills and strategies discussed, reflecting their readiness to integrate entrepreneurial behaviors into their ventures. This enthusiasm highlights the training's positive impact in empowering women to drive meaningful change within their businesses and beyond.
