Awareness Session on Entrepreneurship for Students of the Institute of Archaeology – Algiers 2 University

As part of its strategy to promote an entrepreneurial culture within the university environment and bring entrepreneurial concepts closer to students of all disciplines, the University of Algiers 2 Business Incubator conducted a field visit on Monday, November 24, to the classrooms of the Institute of Archaeology.

Bringing an entrepreneurial vision closer to students, and highlighting the link between entrepreneurship, archaeology, and cultural heritage two fields rich with opportunities for innovation and the creation of value-added projects.

A simplified presentation of the incubator’s role and the mechanisms through which students’ ideas can be supported and developed.

An explanation of how archaeology students can transform their academic knowledge into innovative projects (heritage services, cultural tourism, digitization of archaeological sites, etc.).

Encouraging students to think beyond traditional frameworks and to open up to the world of entrepreneurship.

An interactive discussion with students about opportunities to create projects based on their field of study.

Participants:

The director of the incubator, members of the incubator team, professors from the Institute of Archaeology, and a group of students interested in entrepreneurship.
