About the Speaker

Before he started his career as a State Farm agent, he attended Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. After graduating, he headed straight into the insurance industry in 1997, starting his career by helping people manage through their car insurance claims. His State Farm career continued to evolve while spending time in Public Affairs and Agency leadership before opening his own agency in 2007. 

Ryan's philosophy for business is simple: put the customer first.  He leads with a positive attitude, doesn’t take himself too seriously, but attacks everyday with focus and intent. 

He currently has 6 full time, 2 part time team members, only 2 of them are producers, but everyone handles the responsibilities of servicing and appointment setting.

He is a Golden Triangle agent, and has qualified for: 

• Senior Vice President’s Club each year when available.
• 53rd in Life Insurance, companywide, in 2019 of 19,000 agents countrywide.
• Chairman’s Circle 15 of 17 years, represents the top 3% of all agents, companywide.
• MDRT qualification, in 2021, 2023 & 2024, represents 1% of all financial planners, worldwide.
• State Farm Life Insurance Ambassador Travel all 17 years, including Level 3 for 9 consecutive years and Exotic in 2019, 2022-2024
• Small Business Roundtable in 2021-2024, represents the top 10% of State Farm agents, companywide.
• Presidents Clubin 2023, represents the top100 agents out of 19,000, countrywide.
• President/CEO of Elite Mindset Consulting, LLC since 2022, a business consulting company.
