How She Went Global® podcast with Jackie Samuelson, Founder of Alpha Lady, LLC, November, 2025

How She Went Global®, produced by the Chicago-based nonprofit organization Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global® (wegg®), is the first podcast to share inspirational and informative stories about women-owned SMEs that have grown revenues by selling their products and services worldwide. The podcast is available on digital media platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, and iTunes. It appeals to women entrepreneurs ages 18-60, those who aspire to own their own business, those interested in doing business across international borders, and those who seek inspiration from women who turned their vision into an international enterprise. How She Went Global was created for women who prefer to get news from podcasts than from traditional news media.

wegg president Laurel Delaney serves as the host and interviewer for each thirty-minute episode. She interviews women business owners about their entrepreneurial journey and adventures in going global. In other words, How She Went Global is not a “how-to” program, but rather a series of engaging stories that illustrate important lessons that apply to a wide range of businesses.

The podcast is powered by:  VISA and Associated Bank.
