The Business Incubator of the Scientific and Technical Research Center for the Development of Arabic Language organized a training workshop, held both in person and online, led by trainer Raed Naji, Management teacher at the University of Algiers 3, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities.

The session was opened by the center’s Director, Professor Ghania Droua, with a welcoming speech, followed by remarks from the Incubator Director, Professor Fouzia Badaoui.

During the workshop, Professor Raed Naji delivered practical training on how to generate ideas—starting from identifying the problem, gathering information, and analyzing the context, moving through brainstorming to produce various solutions, then evaluating them and selecting the most suitable based on feasibility and added value, and finally formulating an initial concept that can be further developed.

Participants greatly benefited from this training, as it helped them understand the methodology of idea generation, evaluation, and transformation into feasible projects.

The workshop was marked by exceptional interaction from participants, who actively engaged in practical activities and discussions, creating a dynamic and stimulating training environment.
