Participation of the Business Incubator Director in the National Conference on University–Incubator Cooperation – Maghnia 2025

Dr. Khathir Chine, Director of the Business Incubator at the University Center of Illizi, took part in the national conference titled:
“Strengthening Cooperation Between Universities and Business Incubators Toward an Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurial Ecosystem”,
organized by the Maghnia University Center on 16–17 November 2025.

He presented a lecture entitled:
“Startups Between the University and the Market: Insights from the Experience of University Incubators in Algeria.”

His presentation highlighted the pivotal role of university incubators as a bridge between academia and the business environment, analyzing national experiences in transforming student ideas into innovative economic projects. It also examined the success factors behind incubators in guiding and empowering students to enter the entrepreneurial landscape.

The talk further emphasized the importance of synergy between university support structures and the need to strengthen partnerships between universities and socio-economic actors to foster an innovation-friendly environment within Algerian higher education institutions.
