Session Overview:

Problem Solving is one of the key skills identified by the World Economic Forum's May 2023 Future of Work report. Cognitive skills are reported to be growing in importance most quickly, reflecting the increasing importance of complex problem-solving in the workplace.  

 

At the end of this interactive session participants will be able to: 

• Identify the skills required for problem solving. 

• Define a problem clearly. 

• Use Tools and Strategies to problem solve (Root Cause Analysis and Creative Problem Solving). 

• Understand the Decision Making process to solve problems.
