Founders Taboo: Entrepreneurial Coping and Wellbeing

Founders Taboo delivered a 12-week Wellbeing for Performance track to accompany the Supercharger Ventures Malta Accelerator. This track ran in parallel to the 12-week accelerator programme, and focused on acquiring psychological literacy, building a wellbeing for performance toolkit, and laying the foundations for independent ongoing learning and development. Each week, a guest speaker was invited to deliver a workshop on their agreed topic and area of expertise to a cohort of 50 founders, co-founders and other executive team members from 15 EdTech later-stage start-ups.

The session on 15th November was delivered by GEW Malta National Host Prof. Leonie Baldacchino as part of GEW 2023. Her discussion focused on entrepreneurial coping and wellbeing, based on her research on the topic as well as some of her other work on creativity, intuition, mindfulness, and flow.
