Unlocking the potential of entrepreneurship ecosystems requires a collaborative approach. But what is "strategic doing" and how can it be applied to fuel entrepreneurial success?

"Strategic doing" is a discipline designed to tackle the challenges of developing and implementing complex strategies in open networks, and is used globally to generate solutions to intricate challenges and wicked problems. The approach also designs and guides high-performance collaborations, open innovation processes, and entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems.

This workshop introduces the discipline to help participants from diverse sectors form teams rapidly, achieve measurable outcomes, and continuously refine their approaches.
