The 2014 Africa Prosperity Report generated by the Legatum Institute ranks 38 African countries in terms of prosperity—defined as wealth and wellbeing. The report measures GDP and eight sub-indices such as education, health, and personal freedom. Of particular importance to us, it contains research into entrepreneurship as well.
