GENSL/ Innovation SL collaborates with the National Youth Employment Entrepreneurship Fair (NYEEF), to organize a pitch competition, at the Bintumani Conference Center, Aberdeen Freetown, in celebration and recognition of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2023.

Dare2Aspire Date: Freetown- Women in Entrepreneurship" is an event designed to unlock the untapped potential of Sierra Leone's women in driving economic growth through entrepreneurship. With a focus on empowering women, this event showcases their role in shaping a prosperous future while addressing challenges and opportunities in the entrepreneurial landscape.
Dare to Aspire: Women in Entrepreneurship is an event that, in collaboration with partners, aims to highlight the potential of women in driving economic development. Dare 2 Aspire features a pitch night where selected women-owned startups present their business ideas to a panel of pioneering women who have made significant contributions to the private sector's growth. This event also includes a mini-expo of women-owned businesses and a financial inclusion clinic, providing valuable advice on finance-related matters.

Women Panel: A discussion featuring successful women in the ecosystem, sharing insights and experiences.
Pitch Night: An interactive platform where women-owned startups present innovative business ideas to a panel of experienced entrepreneurs and investors.

Enabling the Ecosystem & Sustainable Fashion Show 17.11.2023: The Enabling Environment. The enabling environment discussion aims to get the Sierra Leone entrepreneurial community to deliberate on some challenges the ecosystem is facing and how you- policymakers, regulators, International Organizations, NGOs, and development programs are addressing the challenges entrepreneurs face in starting and growing their businesses from an enabling environment perspective.
Sustainable Fashion Show
The sustainable Fashion Show, scheduled for the 17th of November 2023, holds a profound purpose to educate and raise awareness about a sustainable solution to the negative impact of the fashion industry on the environment. Thereby inspiring customers to adopt more sustainable habits and create awareness against climate change. Through this event, we aim to highlight designers dedicated to sustainable fashion, promoting/ encouraging eco-friendly practices in the industry while emphasizing the connection between fashion and education.
