Gray water project

As the Jordanian Al-Joufah Comprehensive Secondary School seeks to activate the role of partnership with the local community, and to instill the values ​​of goodness and land reconstruction in the hearts of its students, our school participated in implementing the gray water project (to conserve water, reduce waste, and preserve the environment)
 The idea of ​​the project is to exploit gray water in the school’s dining rooms and kitchen and transform it into water suitable for agricultural use to irrigate plants.
 Greywater treatment and utilization technology refers to the process of treating wastewater generated from household activities such as washing clothes, dishes, and showering. The treated water can then be reused for non-potable purposes such as irrigation, flushing toilets or cleaning.
