Food Challenge - Street Food

Food Challenge is a culinary competition open to all students at Universidad Francisco Marroquín (UFM), organized by the Kirzner Entrepreneurship Center (KEC). The event aims to promote and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among students, encouraging them to explore their creativity and innovation in the culinary field. This year’s theme, Street Food Menu, invites participants to develop and present unique street food-inspired menus, highlighting the potential of small-scale food ventures and the art of crafting flavors that capture the essence of street food culture.
