Merton Chamber of Commerce are delighted to offer a workshop to help small businesses increase profitability through good recruitment practices and advice about the support available to help you get the best out of your employees.

•     Having a good job description works wonders
•     Motivating staff
•     How Apprenticeships and training might help your business

The offer also includes a diagnostic of your specific business needs and a follow up personal advice session.

The aims of this training is to:

•     Improve your people management capability
•     Help you develop your skills and to be able to support and nurture a new recruit, including an apprentice or an individual on work experience
