Hamish Watson - CEO, Polysolar
Hamish is a former Strategy Consultant who founded Polysolar in 2007. He formed the idea for Polysolar after working with both glass manufacturers and advanced electronics companies, allowing him to see the potential for synergies in transparent, building integrated solar panels. Hamish had previously successfully founded and sold a Hong-Kong based consultancy firm.

Archie Wilkinson, Head of Pavegen LIVE
Pavegen is an innovative clean-tech company, based in London, using technology that instantly converts kinetic energy from footsteps into renewable off-grid electricity.
 
From leading ad agency M&C Saatchi, Archie Wilkinson's role in Pavegen focuses on leading the experiential arm of the company – Pavegen LIVE. He works closely with the sales, design, projects and PR teams to deliver powerful brand experiences for a number of global clients such as Sunglass Hut, Coca-Cola, Shell, Adidas and Formula E. His experience planning and delivering high-profile events across the globe stemmed from his time at M&C Saatchi - where he worked with Paddy Power, Peroni & EE. He led the campaign behind Pavegen’s crowd funding campaign, which achieved national press coverage, crashed the Pavegen website and raised over £1.96m to become the 10th largest equity crowd raise of 2015. 

Enhanced further by his BSc First Class Honours in Marketing and combined with his curious mind, he explores the latest Intelligence, Innovations and Inspirations in the Pavegen bi-weekly 3i blog. Archie has won the Innovation Award at a Google Start-Up Weekend in 2012 and he was a finalist in the New Entrepreneurs Foundation programme in 2013. Archie has presented the Pavegen technology at Event Tech Summit in Las Vegas, Millennial 2020 in London winning the Pepsi Max Challenge, Cannes Lions Festival with Mediacom and Unilever as part of the Foundry 50. Recently he has participated in Global Futures Forum and is studying at Cambridge University doing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship. 

Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL
Lord Bilimoria is an independent cross bench peer and entrepreneur. In 1989, he founded Cobra Beer, which is now exported to 40 countries worldwide and sold in 98.6% of UK curry restaurants as a joint venture with Molson Coors. Created Lord Bilimoria of Chelsea in 2006, he is now involved in many sides of public affairs and Higher Education, as well as acting as Chairman of Cobra and mentoring a number of other businesses. Lord Bilimoria is a vocal campaigner for increased British overseas trade and an Ambassador for UKTI-backed the International Festival for Business 2016.

Lord Bilimoria is Founding Chairman of the UK-India Business Council, Chancellor of the University of Birmingham, President of the UK Council for International Student Affairs and Chair of the Cambridge Judge Business School’s Advisory Board. He was appointed Chair of the Manufacturing Commission in 2016.

Rukes Ahmed - Thomson Reuters 
Rukes Ahmed is the Global Head of Power, Gas, Carbon & Coal at Thomson Reuters responsible for growing the complex in the overall Commodities business. He comes with 14 years of experience across the energy sector focusing mainly on Power and Gas at Gazprom and Shell. His most recent role prior to joining Thomson Reuters was at Gazprom for 6 years as a Senior Energy Trader where he was part of the team that built and set up the Power Desk.
