We are thrilled to share that the Management Training Program for Women in the Hi-Tech Industry officially launched on June 4th, 2026!
This unique initiative is proudly brought to life by Tsofen-Tashbik (צופן تشبيك), in collaboration with the Global Entrepreneurship Network Israel (GEN), the Jewish-Arab Center for Peace at Givat Haviva, and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.
About the Program
This exclusive 11-session hybrid course brings together professional Arab and Jewish women with at least 3 years of experience in the tech ecosystem. These are forward-thinking professionals aiming to step into pivotal management roles, sharpen their leadership skill sets, and confidently navigate the next phase of their careers.
More than just a training course, this program establishes a powerful, top-tier Women’s Management Forum - a dedicated space where professional and gender-related dilemmas meet real-world tools, lasting partnership, and community support.
