LAMBA Sparks لقاءات لمبة (قصة نجاح وريادة للشباب)

LAMBA Sparks carries the light into homes and wherever the need calls. We run both عن طريق خاصية الاتصال المرئي/ virtual and in-person interactive sessions and workshops for women at home, youth, and school staff. Topics include money literacy for women running small businesses, raising kids in an entrepreneurial environment, building an entrepreneurship-friendly school culture, and re-igniting interest in entrepreneurship among disengaged youth—with speakers who flip the mental switch and turn curiosity into action.
 Each session hosts 25 participants. لمبة سباركس | LAMBA Sparks تأخذ الضوء إلى المنازل وحيثما تدعونا الحاجة. نقدّم جلسات وورش عمل تفاعلية حضوريًا وعبر الإنترنت تستهدف النساء في المنازل، والشباب، وكوادر المدارس. تشمل الموضوعات: الثقافة المالية للنساء صاحبات المشاريع الصغيرة، تربية الأطفال في بيئة ريادية، بناء ثقافة مدرسية صديقة للريادة، وإعادة إشعال الاهتمام بالريادة لدى الشباب البعيدين عنها — مع متحدثين يبدّلون «المفتاح الذهني» ويحوّلون الفضول إلى فعل.

 لقاء تفاعلي يلهم العقول ويحرّك الخطى، نستضيف فيه مروان عطا من Beyond للاستشارات ليشاركنا قصة نجاح حقيقية من أرض الواقع. سنفتح مساحة حوار صريحة مع الشباب (22–35 عامًا) حول الريادة وأهميتها، التحديات الأولى وكيفية تجاوزها، وما الذي يصنع الفرق بين فكرة عابرة ومشروع نابض بالحياة.

Designed for youth ages 22–35, this session blends inspiration with practical takeaways—early-stage challenges, lessons learned, and how to turn a spark into a sustainable venture.
